MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Starting at Grantham early morning on Saturday 23rd August then 33 miles, 74 bridges, 8 aqueducts, 18 locks, & 67,348 steps later we arrived at the river Trent in Nottingham. The walk was very enjoyable; this was only made possible by a fantastic back up team, Craig, Claire & my Mum Olive! On the first day, Claire covered over 100 miles driving from one location to another with all our provisions etc. This would not have been quite the distance had she took the right directions! We would like to say a big thank you to our team & a very big thank you to all our sponsors. THANK YOU.
