On July 13th I completed the Austrian Ironman triathlon.  This is the full monty with a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile (marathon) run. 

Being my first attempt, I was aiming to finish in under 13 hours.  Well, the massive training campaign worked and I managed an awesome 11 hours 26 min and 10 sec!!!  This is well beyond anything I thought I could accomplish so I am chuffed to bits.
