On 1st February, I am doing a Sponsored Sleep Rough in aid of Arch North Staffs. Arch is a charity that I am very passionate about, so much so, that I joined the board of Trustees last year. At Arch we help people who are homeless, suffering from drug/alcohol problems or victims of domestic violence.

So please dig deep and sponsor me, just think of how cold and wet it will be in February and how warm and cosy you will be tucked up in bed. Joking apart, many people are homeless, the majority through no fault of their own. So please help me to help them. (Geldoff bit over)
