What did I get up to this time?  On 25 January, I flew out to Colorado to ski with a group of 40 or so other, like-minded (?mad?) skiers, to raise £'s for SCOPE.  My target remains to raise £5,250 - which is enough to fund SCOPE's Cerebral Palsy Helpline for a week.

It was an EXCELLENT week, with the challenge of skiing down at least 150,000 vertical feet over just six days.  That's > 5 x Everest descents! It was a very tough challenge physically and I'm delighted to tell you that everyone managed to complete the challenge.. with a few aches / bruises etc thrown in, for good measure! 

Thomsons very kindly provided my flights to and from Denver (thanks again, Marion!) - and I paid for my own accommodation.... so ALL the £'s that are collected on this site  will go to SCOPE and will NOTsubsidize my trip in any way. 

So -please - exercise that piece of plastic and dig deep, to support SCOPE. As you can see, I've already gone through the £4,500 level...so please help me top that target!
