Story
Hi all
After an 8 year battle with leukaemia, my beautiful daughter Caitlyn passed away on 4th July 2011, just a month before her 12th birthday. She inspired so may people with her bravery and courage. She is loved and missed so much by all who knew her.
On 26th April 2015 I will be taking part in the Virgin London Marathon in memory of Caitlyn, for her strength, her positive spirit, her bravery but most of all for her. I wanted something challenging that would push me to the limit. At 26.2 miles (42km) my target is 5 hours but I'm hoping to break the 5 hour mark.
I am hoping to run dressed as Caitlyn's favourite Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty).
I chose to run for CLIC Sargent because of the support they gave to Caitlyn. Every day 10 children & young people in the UK are diagnosed with cancer. CLIC Sargent can only reach 2 out of every 3. With our help they can reach more.
You can sponsor me in 3 ways.
