I'm raising money for The British Royal Legion by cycling from London to Paris in four days.  Prior to training for this event I have pushed a bicycle pedal for years, in fact I'm pretty unfit.  So the training as well as the event is going to be a real challenge!

I'm aiming to raise £1000 to support the Legion's welfare work.  The current conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq are regularly in the news and sadly many men and women from the armed forces have lost their lives.  Please show your support.
