My personal message:

Thank you for agreeing to sponsor me for the London Marathon.  I did it in 3hrs 27 min which is 2 minutes quicker than last time!  The photo is of me near Westminster (mile 25) and people you see behind are all overtaking me as I had slowed down by this point! 

Rather than pay cash and risk being mugged on the train, can you please sponsor me using this website.

All money is going to the British Heart Foundation and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
