LATCH supports families affected by childhood cancer get the help and care they need, and never face the journey alone. We are here for hundreds of children each year across Wales, providing them and their families bespoke emotional support, information, practical and financial help. .

Story

On the 5th July 2009 I'm going to Austria to compete in an Ironman triathlon race. Ironman Austria consists of a 3.8km swim, a 180km cycle followed by a marathon run! Am I mad? Do you think I can do it? With your support I'm positive I can.

LATCH is a voluntary organisation set up to support the special requirements of the children's oncology centre the Children's Hospital for Wales to help affected families and promote research in childhood cancer. The needs of the children change constantly with new treatment techniques and new equipment being made available, so help me to help the children with cancer and leukaemia obtain the best facilities available.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: LATCH Children's Cancer Charity gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thank you for your much needed support.
