I'm taking part in the Two Castles Run on the 7th June 2009 from Warwick Castle to Kenilworth Castle.  I'm looking to do the 10km in under an hour so please support me and help be blow my target out of the water!

The Behcets Syndrome Society provide excellent support to people suffering from this little known, chronic condition.  Their website is www.behcets.org.uk
