Between the 13th of september and the 5th of december 2010 i will be swimming the length of the english channel (22 miles!!) at my local pool, i have just 12 weeks to complete this challange, this is to raise money for aspire which is a registered charity that supports people with spinal injuries,

four people every day sustain a spinal cord injury and are told they may never walk again, aspire provides people with essential services such as accessible housing, grants, I.T facilities and practical support and advice to help support people from injury to independence,

Those people that know me well will know with all the health issues and hospital admissions i had to contend with last year that this is going to be a huge huge mental and physical challange for me so please give as much as you can to support my cause,
