My story

I want to prove that it is still possible for a 41 year old to run ten kilometres in less than 50 minutes - no make that 45 minutes. This is more than a vanity project - honest.  I plan to raise lots of money for the RSPB as well.  And for every minute over 45 minutes, I shall donate £5 to the RSPB.

But, to make it a little more spicy, you too can join in the fun.  All those that donate can predict the time it takes me to run 10K.  The person who, to the nearest second, gets closest, will win a fabulous prize.

So, please do dig deep and donate lots of money and predict my time.  We can all be winners: me, you and wildlife.
