As you know Dean Vellender & I are running 100 miles over five days starting Saturday 24th July. This started out as a bet but has quickly become reality. We are treating it very much as a holiday as well, so clearly we are covering all costs associated with the five days, therefore every pound raised will go directly to Help for Heroes. So please give generously and we will do all the hard work!
The plan is to start at The Source of the Thames near Cirencester and run to Henley on Thames which gives us just over the 100 miles. We will be out in Windsor on the night of Wednesday 28th for a few celebratory beers and replacement Carbs!
