Susan and I have decided to take part in a cycle which will see us circumnavigate Lough Neagh in a day - a total of 95 miles (or for those of you metric minded 150km!). We will be taking part in www.lapthelough.org It is our aim to raise funds for Cardiac Risk in the Young. STOP PRESS (10/07/07):- The great news is that the team has just doubled in size. Sean McKay and Michael Sayers have joined us in our effort and have said they would like to help raise funds for CRY as well. They are currently training like mad! We have set a rather ambitious target but with your help we feel we can achieve it. Please forward these details to your friends and family and ask them to support us - every little helps.
