Yorkshire three peaks · 16 April 2008

We help women and girls in Africa thrive on their own through health, education, and jobs. Our vision: equal communities where they transform their lives.

Story

This August I will be doing The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, which is to run, walk, crawl the three highest peaks in Yorkshire - Pen-y-ghent (691m), Whernside (728m), and Ingleborough (723m) - in that order.

The total distance is around 25 miles, with a total climb of some 5,200 feet. The aim is to complete it all in less than 12 hours.

Thanks for sponsoring me.

happy days,

Martin
