O'la Migo's!!

I have kept quiet about this up until now.  Partly because of the embarrassing newspaper article that Kim Ferguson wrote last year!!

Anyway, this Sunday I am running the Great North Run!  You'll all be glad to hear I started training 2 weeks ago!
