For those of you who have followed from the Great North Run 5 years ago, I am asking you all to join me in one last big running effort. Please help me raise money for Simon on the Streets who raise money for homeless people across the UK and Ireland. I chose them to reflect my current "two-centre" life in Leeds/Harrogate and Dublin (as the Dublin Simon Community) as they operate in both places.

My challenge is to run (jog, walk or crawl) 100 miles in 48 hours from Wadebridge in Cornwall to Teignmouth in Devon on a fiendish course that covers all the moors, tors, bogs and mud that can be found over that route.

Setting off at 9:30 am on Saturday 25th May. Please give generously.
