I will be running in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, my Dad lived with MS for 52 years, in that time I never heard him complain, what he did do was help others with the same condition, always giving advise and supporting them with his positive attitude.

My Dad sadly passed away last year and will be greatly missed.
