my name is martin lynch. i am currently in the early stages of organising a charity cycle ride to raise money for cancer 'research uk' and 'help for heroes'. the details of the ride are as follows:
depart boston Pilgrim Hospital sept '09
arrive @ lands end then on to john o'groats before returning to pilgrim hospital in boston.
the ride will cover a distance of approx 2000 miles and will be called 'the pilgrimage'
the reason i am raising for help for heroes is that i aim to raise support and understanding for our troops returning from abroad and also to ensure they are given every opportunity to adjust back to life in the uk. whatever their needs.
