<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've chosen this charity in memory of my brother Martin, Who adored both of his dogs Larry and Basil , Larry he got from this shelter.</p> <p>When we had Martin's memorial we had a collection for the shelter and on the day we went to hand it over my sister Ange and i had a walk around the kennels and amongst all the dogs jumping and barking excitedly was one very placid dog, she came out slowly and stuck her paw out for me to shake, that was it, smitten..I took Tilly home and she's been my true Angel and healer , a love beyond anything i can explain. I strongly urge anyone who is either grieving for a loved one or feeling lonely and has lots of love to share to go along to your local rescue shelter and take a look, so much is to be gained from the love of a pet.</p> <p>Thank you for taking the time to read and a big heart felt thank you in advance.</p>
