Paddington visited Kenya recently and saw how Footsteps  rescues kids off the street and gives them a chance. A chance of an education, a loving home, and the chance to make their dreams come true. There are 112 street boys at the Sunshine Home - it's a big family to care for and Paddington wants to help. Being a bear, that means he needs your help!

Each boy can tell you a story of how poverty, sickness or family breakdown caused him to run away to the streets to search for a 'better life' but he ended up killing rats for food or eating rubbish from the dump and sniffing glue to drown out their hunger pains. We take them into our Sunshine Home, care for them, educate them, and help them find work.

Great results, but it needs money - and that's where you can really help by sponsoring Paddington's 1st marathon on 11th May. He's taking Martin with him because it's his 9th marathon and he knows the way! £25 covers the basic cost for a child for a month.
