Get Fit, Have Fun, Save Lives

Well we did it !! We completed the Manchester BUPA 10k run in amazing times thanks to your support . I was helped by pace making behind two very fast turtles (they were dressed as turtles). Then one lost its shell (dropped it) and I was much slower on the back 5kms. Or as Hailie the world 10,000 m champion said about the race "I was in line for a world record but  the wind was too strong on the way home".

Alice and I enjoyed running to raise the funds for Malawi so much we are stupidly thinking of doing a half marathon later in the year. Watch this space as we still have a way to go to reach our target.
