Hello peeps!!!

This Sunday (17th May) sees the return of the Heroes run in Brighton, which allows ordinary mortals (like me) the chance to satisfy their egos by dressing up in Lycra and capes and run along Brighton seafront in the name of charity.

I'll be puffing and panting my way along the 10k stretch sadly unaided by superhuman strength.

Lets face it, if you're in the area it's got to be worth popping on down.
