Well We have Done it !!!!!!!

As you probably know (how else did you get here?) We are dragged our butts off the Sofa to take part in this years London Triathlon in aid of the FSID.

Martins part in this event was the 750m OPEN WATER swim (17Mins 51Secs), Richard Cycled 20Km (40Mins 55Secs) and Simon did the 5Km run (28Mins 42Secs).
