The hugely successful Collegium Regale concert in March 2009 raised nearly £5000 for the excellent work of the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (see their link here).  I was privileged to visit the Hospital before and after the event, and warmly invite you to support their work. I discovered the breadth of expertise and invention they bring to the medical, physical and personal support for the many people to whom the Hospital is a home, whether temporary or permanent; and the quality of their research and development work, which is recognised worldwide. And all as a national charity rather than publicly funded body.
