Hi Everyone,

Just to let you know I successfully ( and painlessly! ) completed  Malawi cycle challenge in aid of Embangweni Hospital .  A few initial hiccups with the bikes, some very steep dirt roads  but the scenery was stunning, people so friendly and  yet so needy.  We visited Embangweni Hospital to a fantastic welcome and saw first hand the tremendous need  for a new maternity extension and also the start of foundations for the new laundry and staff housing.

 As a team we hope to total  over £100,000
