About my charity : Evelina Children's Hospital Appeal Evelina Children's Hospital Appeal
The Evelina Children's Hospital, at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, provides everything from routine care to life saving treatment for over 100,000 children every year. It is “a hospital that doesn’t feel like a hospital” and includes intensive care, neurology, and specialist heart and kidney units. Patients come from London, Southern England and much further a field for life threatening illnesses. While the children receive world-class care and treatment, NHS funding can not meet all the hospital’s needs. This is where the Evelina Children's Hospital Appeal steps in by raising money to buy the very best equipment and facilities.

My personal message:

On Saturday 28th July, I'm going to abseil 469ft (29 storeys) from the top of Guy's Hospital in aid of The Evelina Children's Hospital Appeal.

The appeal raises money to pay for hospital equipment and toys for the Evelina's little patients.  You can find out more at http://www.evelinaappeal.org/

I'll be abseiling between 2pm and 3pm on Satuday 28th July 2007 so, if you're a Londoner and have some time, feel free to come and heckle, throw stones or offer shouts of encouragement.

Donating through this site is totally secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
