I am taking part in this years London Marathon to raise money for the hospice who looked after a very missed friend, Kate Martin. Kate was diagnosed with terminal cancer in Dec 2007 and died a few months later on the 15th March 2008. We all miss her very much and are so grateful to the all the staff who gave her first class care at St Peters and St James Hopsice.The hopsice need £3,300 a day to carry out their excellent work and receive very little in Government funding.
