I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finished in 4 hrs 50 mins which was a bit longer than I thought, but it was very hot. Much hotter than I was comfortable with. 

According to the official results I came in at 5822 place- which sounds pretty awful until you realise there were about 30,000 runners who finished after me.

As of today, with my paper sponsorship I’ve raised £2,700 so will now try to get to the £3,000 mark.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me. It really was what kept me going.

On 26^th April this year I am running the Flora London Marathon in aid of Shelter & the homeless. Since I am involved in the mortgage and property business my income is generated from those of us lucky enough to own our own home. It therefore seemed appropriate to give something back to those less fortunate. . 

A number of you will know that I had a place in the marathon last year but broke my ankle on 12^th February, so was unable to take part. But this year not only am I going to make it to the start I’m also going to make it to the finish.
