After hanging up my running shoes about 5 years ago I am shaking the dust off them and taking to the streets again for a very good cause,  I am along with a group fantastic Dowson friends running the 10K Race for Life on July 17th in memory of a former pupil Kirsty a beautiful young lady taken way too soon.
