Welcome to the UK IT Masked Ball 2008 Raffle Page where you can be in with the chance of winning fantastic prizes such as an iPhone donated by Cap Gemini and a Nintendo Wii from Birlasoft! Fujitsu and Wipro are also donating prizes which will be announced shortly.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is purchase a raffle ticket from this page. Tickets cost £5 per strip (of 5), you can buy as many strips as you like and then your tickets will be included in the draw on the night of the ball. Please collect your tickets from the Business Support Team. All the monies raised from this raffle will go towards the Make-A-Wish foundation.

How to enter....

2. In the comments column, please put your name, desk location, office and internal contact number

3. Tick the box that asks if you're buying a raffle ticket so that we do not claim gift aid (Gift aid cannot be claimed when purchasing tickets)

Masked Ball – Make a Wish Foundation Raffle 2008 Terms & conditions

1. Entrants must provide the following information: full name, office, desk location and a contact telephone number.

2. All entries must be accompanied by a donation of £5.00 for each strip of 5 tickets.

3. Prizes will be given out to the winning staff on return to the office, the following week.

4. Prizes are being donated by Cap Gemini, Birlasoft, Wipro and Fujitsu.

5. There is no cash alternative to any prize.

6. The draw deadline is 28^th November and the draw will take place at the ball on 28^th November 2008 after dinner with an independent adjudicator as a witness.

7. Only entries completed on printed tickets with payment will be accepted – no photocopies.
