We are taking part in the BUPA Great Manchester 10K run 2009 with all proceeds going to The British Red Cross who are a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. Find out more at http://www.redcross.org.uk/

Update 19/2/09:- We have an additional member to the team, a very good friend of mine, Denise Booth who is also taking up this challenge to complete the 10K run, a live! Therefore the stakes are higher, we have to raise £450 for British Red Cross.
