Dear All,
I will be travelling to Aftrica in the foot steps of Livingston, THIS FRIDAY! I will raft, paddle and trek down the Zambezi. After that we will be helping in a community project involving the local kids.
Well it's only a couple of DAYS to go, I been working hard to raise the money and still need a bit more help. The school talk at Springfield was good fun and the kids asked some great questions. The Linlithgow Gazzette will run an article next week.....look out for another great photo!
I have been hitting the gym a few nights each week and trying to get to back to full paddling fitness.
Recently I was invited to Big Hearted Event at the Scottish parliement, I got to meet some other fund raisers and learnt a lot more about the great work that Big Hearted does to support people throughout Scotland. The link below will give you further details.
