At 5,895 m (19,341 ft) Kilimanjaro is composed of three distinct volcanic cones. Uhuru Peak is the highest summit on the crater rim and this September we will attempt to conquer it, along with Africa - the cradle of mankind! Since we are undertaking such a demanding challenge, only equipped with a hipflask of whisky and a blunt stone, going where no man has gone before (in our minds we shall be the first) we have decided to support a worthy charity and hopefully, through your generosity raise a good deal of money.

We have chosen Water For Africa – this is a charity committed to the provision of water, sanitation and healthcare facilities to communities in Africa suffering from endemic poverty. While keeping in mind that water is also a key ingredient in beer, something close to both of our hearts! Please dig deep and help us reach our target – no amount too small, and of course, no amount too large.
