On September 13th I am tackleing the Palace to Palace event for the Princes Trust (a 45 mile cycle from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle).......a change from my weekend amble through Epping Forest!

The Princes Trust has an incredible role to play in providing opportunities for young people who need a leg-up in realising their potential and a second chance at life. We have all met someone who needs a second chance, and have hopefully seen what a difference can be achieved through support from organisations like the Princes Trust.
