At first as some of you may know i was just doing this run for fun, but under the circumstances over the last couple of months, i have decided after having a discussion with emma that i would like to do this 10k run in memory of Tina Canning, and to  show my support for James and Emma.

Tina was a great person, and a happy person around the workplace, and she will be deeply missed not only by me, but her close friends and indeed James and Emma.
