Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My friend, Justin Johnson, has asked me to join him in running this years London marathon to raise money and awareness for the PSP association. (progressive super nuclear palsy)
Sadly, his stepfather Brian died of this horrible disease in August 2015, after a painful 8 years of suffering. Our challenge is to raise as much as we can for the charity to enable them to carry out further research and give much needed assistance to sufferers. Our hope is all the funds raised will support and really aid others with the illness...and of course heighten the awareness of PSP along the way.

Running a marathon has always been something I've wondered whether I could complete and now I guess I will find out. It's going to be hard work but hopefully with the support from everyone that knows me I can get through the next 3 months of training and get round the course in a respectable time(for a 40 year old!!).
