My parents met in L'Arche, so I am in fact a L'Arche baby. My first Christmas was in the Bognor L'Arche house Bethany. I've grown up with L'Arche.

About 3 years ago I even started working for L'Arche, not that I'd call it work. I always had fun even with the cleaning and tantrums. It's the most rewarding job I've ever had! I've been able to meet people from all over the world and the care work, just sharing your time with another person is a very simple thing. Anyone can do it but often life can get so busy you can easily forget the difference it can make to someone’s life if you just talk to them or go for a walk with them.

L'Arche has made me richer in spirit, L'Arche has given me friends, family and treasured memories.

If I can give something back as a way of saying thank you, nothing would please me more.
