Story
Having been persuaded it's a good idea to jump out of a plane, it seemed like an even better idea to raise some money for charity whilst I'm at it!
I'm fundraising for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. It's the only charity to focus exclusively on lung cancer and related issues such as schemes to help people give up smoking and support for patients. It was founded in Liverpool and boasts a fantastic research centre which has links with the University of Liverpool where I'm currently working.
And since I'm paying for the jump myself, every penny you donate will go towards the Roy Castle Foundation!
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
So please sponsor me now, and thank you!
P.S. If you rather not donate online, I also have some paper sponsorship forms - just get in touch (matthewedmonds26@hotmail.com).
