Thanks for coming to sponsor me it's really appreciated!
As you are hopefully aware I'm competing in La Ruta de los Conquistadores in Costa Rica this November. La Ruta is a four day mountain bike stage race from the Pacific to Caribbean coast covering 220 miles and 35,000 feet of vertical climbing!
Apart from punishing myself for four days, I'm also raising money for two great charities:
Cyclists Fighting Cancer (CFC)
Justgiving are currently restricted to allocating donations to a single charity, in this case Macmillan. However, your donation will be split evenly with CFC and all of the donated money will go to charity.

About our charity: Cyclists Fighting Cancer
Cyclists Fighting Cancer is a Charity formed by a group of cancer survivors who are determined to bring hope and inspiration to all affected by cancer in any of its many forms; whether individual survivors or those close to them. Its Purpose is to: a) Supply children and young adults affected by cancer with bikes and equipment. This includes not only the survivor themselves and their sibling/s but also the children of adults who have been battling the disease. b) Promote cycling as an activity for those undergoing and recovering from cancer treatments to aid both short and long term outcomes. c) Provide support
