After having a few (mostly successful) cracks at 10k runs, Ryan and Bruce now plan to step up to the half marathon distance in aid of the Matthew Law fund which is part of the Archie Foundation. Matthew was Ryan's cousin and Bruce's nephew.

Bruce will attempt to drag the old body round the Inverness half marathon on Sunday 13th March and Ryan is down to cruise the Edinburgh half on Sunday 29th May.

With the old folks team (which included Bruce) having soundly beaten the youngsters team (which included Ryan) at the Edinburgh marathon relay two years ago, the solo rivalry is back on and may the best man win !!!
