With Rebecca due to give birth in May I thought it was time to put myself through my paces and get fit for the new arrival - and empathise in pain in a small way.

So my Brother James (aka San Pedro) and I are running in memory of Dad who died suddenly in October 2004, with the money going to a great charity, H.E.A.R.T UK... so please give generously and think of the pain I will be in come mile 26!
