My story
On the 9th June I embark on one of my toughest (physical) challenges to date. I'm taking part in The Lowe Alpine Mountain Marathon, which is a 2-day mountain orienteering event that takes place each year in the Scottish Highlands.
I'm hoping to raise £2,000, which will go towards our ambitious refurbishment project of the RSA Great Room. Our plan is to make the Great Room a platform from which ideas can be shared with the world. Upgraded technology will provide live link-ups to allow speakers to be ‘beamed in’ - expanding the range and variety of our lectures.
