Just an update: I am really please to have completed the marathon in 3 hours and 19 minutes a PB.

This year I wanted to raise money for Down Syndrome Extra 21, a local charity run by volunteers providing families with support and information on down syndrome in the essex area.

This is a small charity so every penny raised really does make a difference.
