My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.  Tracy is on the local Christian Aid committee and we've got more and more involved in collecting for the work they do around the world - mainly development and emergency relief work but also campaigning on poverty issues, fairtrade and climate change.  

This will be the fourth half marathon I've done - and I hope to run it under 1 hr 40 mins. I'm running with my friend Andy P, although he will be faster than me so I will be chasing him. That will be better than running behind the chap in the thong which I did (briefly) last year. If you are anywhere near Bath on 16 March, let us know and come and watch, it's a great atmosphere.
