Hi - thanks for visiting this page. After many half marathons, this was the first marathon I've attempted - and I ran it 11 mins outside my target of 4 hours!

I am raising money to support a project in Burkino Faso (NW Africa), which aims to equip farmers with seeds, training, knowledge and appropriate equipment to improve the level of food production from their land. It also inlcudes some work with them on helping them trade etc. It puts our family allotment veg growing experiments firmly in perspective!

The money rasied will be channelled through Christian Aid and along the way will be multiplied quite significantly by the EU. As you probably know, donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
