Hi there, well after a very hot and difficult day in London, part one of this buy 1 get 1 free challenge is complete. I finished the London marathon in under 4 hours...... just behind a man dressed as a carrott!!! Yes that did smart!!

Part 2 of the challenge kicks off on Sunday, when I begin my (now extended) journey from home to Paris and back. I will cover 420 miles over 5 days of cycling.
