We are going to be doing the Great South Run at the end of October!  It hurts just thinking about it.  The run is 10 miles in and around Portsmouth and we're REALLY excited (and exhausted from all our training).  Any money we raise will be going to CRY which creates and supports projects to help make the lives of young people around the world better - we saw some of their work when we visited South Africa and they are making the most amazing impact.
