UPDATE

I struggled round the Marathon in... well let's just say I struggled round. I hated it. You can read more about my horrific day if you are so inclined... http://bit.ly/ar713x

Hello

I am running the Great North Run 2009 and then the London Marathon 2010 in aid of the RNIB, a charity close to my heart - my little sister Paige is one of 25,000 children in the UK who suffer severe sight disability.

This involves lots of running (39 miles in the two races, not to mention around 1000 miles training) which I'm sure you can guess I'm not too keen on, but more importantly it involves not having alcohol for prolonged periods.

Help me help them by donating.

Thanks

Matt/Matthew/Big Man
