Hi all,

As some of you may know i have started to do a bit of running. Did my first half-marathon in Cardiff not long ago. So for a treat for my 30th birthday i've decided to take on the London Marathon in April. I am going to be doing it for a good cause - a local charity called Action Heart.

Action Heart provides a cardiac rehabilitation service that helps people who have suffered from a heart attack, undergone cardiac surgery, or have a cardiac related condition. Its a 12-month exercise and education programme which enables patients to return to a 'normal' everyday life much stronger, fitter and with a renewed confidence in life.  Action Heart is now seen as one of the largest and most comprehensive programmes in the UK and at the present time treats in excess of 600 patients per week at its Clinic in Dudley.

Any support would be much appreciated to help me get over the finish line.

  Thanks

  Matt
