<p>Hopefully you know I'm running the Birmingham half marathon to raise money for Birmingham's cancer research project. For those who remember last time I ran the half marathon the only good cause was me being bedridden for 3 days after not being able to walk... so this time I'm doing it for something worthwhile, yay!</p>
