Story
Matt Lammas died on 22nd September 2012. He was much loved and will be very much missed by his family, his many friends and his fiance Kelly.
Matt had cardiomyopathy and had a heart transplant in January 2009. He knew that he only had a limited number of years left but was grateful for the additional years and experiences that his transplant had given him. Matt dedicated himself to making the most of his life and to making a real difference to others in his position.
Matt was very appreciative of the additional years he was able to live out due to his heart transplant. He was very selfless and knew others weren't as lucky as him and dedicated himself to raising awareness of the shortcomings of the organ transplant system. He went to speak at the Houses of Parliament to a group of MPs about his story in support of a reform of the organ donation system in Wales...../continued below
He was also passionate supporter of the British Heart Foundation and we are looking to continue his work and donate £1000 during the BHF Santa Jog on the 9th December. Many of Matt's friends will be taking part.
Please give as much as you can to this very worthy cause.
